I started this blog originally to give me something constructive to do during the frequent bouts of insomnia that I have. However, since beginning to write, I have undergone some amazing changes in my life. These include confronting my addictions to caffeine, food, attention and approval, and has empowered me to realize that I do have self-worth and am worthy of having real goals for my life that don’t center entirely around my children or my pants size.
What started as something just to pass the time ended up being a diary of my journey to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. And hopefully, just maybe, my journey can be used to inspire and empower others.
